Job summary

Bendigo Community Health Services is seeking a Service Navigator & Program Support to join the Pathway to Good Health initiative. The role supports clients with access to primary and community health services across Bendigo sites, coordinating referrals, and assisting with program delivery.

This fixed-term position runs to 30 June 2027 and part-time 0.8 FTE (60.8 hours per fortnight). The successful candidate will work with families, individuals and the community to improve wellbeing and service
