Supported by a Service Manager and executive team, you will design care plans, supervise staff, and promote a safe, inclusive, and innovative workplace that enhances residents’ quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing or Science.
• Experience in aged care, community services or disability services.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt priorities.
• Aptitude to help improve the lives of older people.
• Ability to work as a leader in a team environment.
• Reliable and positive work ethic.
• Attention to personal appearance.
• National Police Clearance.
• Australian working rights.
• Competency in clinical software, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

• Lead the nursing/care team to deliver care aligned with resident needs.
• Advocate for residents, protecting dignity and rights.
• Escalate and resolve complex clinical issues with providers.
• Lead assessments, care plans and clinical documentation.
• Integrate technology and innovation into care and risk management.
• Audit, review and improve clinical policies and procedures.
• Develop and update nursing policies and assessment tools.
• Educate staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor staff and manage performance regularly.
