Job summary

Pathways Health Management – Northbridge NSW 2063 is seeking an experienced Care Manager for our luxury aged care residence in Northbridge. This full‑time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule and a competitive salary of $125k, plus superannuation, 17.5% leave loading and parking.

You will mentor RNs and clinical staff, oversee resident care, provide expert clinical guidance, and ensure compliance with ACQSC and DOHDA.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in nursing.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Covid and flu vaccine, Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Managing and mentoring RNs and other clinical staff.
• Oversight in all aspects of resident care.
• Providing expert clinical advice and staff management.
• Ensuring compliance with ACQSC, DOHDA and other governing bodies.
• Partner with an experienced Care Manager who has been with Pathways for over 10 years.
