Job summary

TLC Healthcare is seeking caring Personal Care Workers in Victoria to provide exception person-centered care to our residents. Casual shifts are available, and you will join a multidisciplinary team committed to upholding dignity, respect, and holistic wellbeing.

We value compassionate and dedicated individuals who prioritise resident hygiene, safety, and social needs, working collaboratively with families and staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in aged care.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check).
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
• Warm and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritising resident hygiene, safety and wellbeing.
• Supporting physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
• Delivering exceptional person-centred care.
