TLC Healthcare is inviting motivated individuals to join its Personal Care Worker Student traineeship in the Greater Geelong region, Belmont and Armstrong Creek. This part-time opportunity lets you earn while you learn and gain hands-on experience in a caring environment.

You will complete on‑the‑job training and work a minimum of three shifts weekly over 12 months, earning a nationally recognized Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) through TLC Learning.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Australian Resident or Permanent Resident.
• Willingness to participate in a traineeship and complete qualification.
