Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking a dedicated administrator at St Joseph Hunters Hill to deliver high-level support and roster management while assisting with resident occupancy. The role emphasizes customer service, IT proficiency, and collaborative teamwork within a multi-disciplinary environment.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will support leadership, publish fortnightly rosters, and help create a welcoming home.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience in a busy role.
• Cert II or III in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with roster systems such as Humanforce preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; IT skills will be tested.
• Willingness to obtain Police Check and NDIS Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong administrative support to the home leadership team.
• Manage the fortnightly roster and publish shifts to ensure full coverage.
• Assist with occupancy management and room allocations.
• Create a welcoming home environment with a focus on customer service.
