Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Maintenance Officer at Minto Gardens in Sydney. You will perform general maintenance, repairs and preventative tasks across the village, ensuring buildings, grounds and facilities are well kept and safe for residents.

Working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, you will liaise with residents, contractors and village teams, prioritise work, and maintain accurate records while upholding Anglicare’s values of respect and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance and repairs.
• Experience in a related trade environment is preferred.
• Certificate or qualification in maintenance or building services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs across village buildings and grounds.
• Perform preventative maintenance programs.
• Identify issues and suggest repairs or replacements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide courteous service to residents and contractors.
