Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical care and operations in a Victoria home. Reporting to the Head of the Home, you’ll use your nursing expertise to enhance resident wellbeing and drive high-quality care.

As second in command, you’ll mentor staff, oversee budgets, ensure compliance, and implement clinical programs to continually improve outcomes for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
• At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
• Experience in managing people and budgets.
• A background in Aged Care.

• Train up the next generation of carers and nurses.
• Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting.
• Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be.

About the Role

Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you’ll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents’ wellbeing.

• A background in Aged Care
