Job summary

Estia Health in Victoria is seeking a Registered Nurse with leadership experience to serve as Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM). Reporting to the head of the home, you’ll utilise your clinical background to elevate residents’ wellbeing and care programs.

As second in command, you’ll oversee clinic operations, mentor carers and nurses, manage budgets, and collaborate with families. This role demands strong ethics, a desire to learn, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality

Qualifications

• Qualified registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• At least 3 years in a nursing management role at ward level or above.
• Experience in managing people and budgets.
• Background in Aged Care.

About the Role
