Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to support the head of the home and lead clinical operations. You will leverage your nursing background to enhance resident wellbeing, supervise staff, and ensure stock, compliance and reporting are managed effectively.

As second in command, you will mentor carers and nurses, develop clinical care programs, and assist with budgeting and financial management of the home.

Qualifications

• Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
• At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
• Experience in managing people and budgets.
• Background in Aged Care.

• Train up the next generation of carers and nurses.
• Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting.

About the Role

Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you’ll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents’ wellbeing.

• Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration
• At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
• Experience in managing people and budgets
• A background in Aged Care
