Job summary

Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution (RFBI) in Mt Gilead, South West Sydney, is looking for an Administration Officer on a part-time basis to support our Care at Home team. Based at the Mt Gilead office, you will provide administration support to a team of carers delivering high-quality client service.

The role is busy and varied, requiring you to work independently and as part of a team while coordinating with a geographically diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' previous experience in an administration position, ideally within the aged care or not-for-profit sector.
• Certificate IV in Business Administration.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to get on with the job and get things done.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
