Job summary

Mercy Health Group in Geelong is seeking a Care Advisor for its Home Care team. This casual role covers 15–38 hours per week, based onsite in Barwon, with duties spanning client support, care coordination and community re-enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery to clients in the community.
• Desirable nursing or allied health experience.
• Evidence of current Police Check.
• NDIS Screening where applicable.
