Mercy Health is seeking a Casual Care Partner to join our Home Care team in the Northwest Metro area (Reservoir and Parkville Offices). The role provides person-centred care management across the Support at Home program, stepping in as needed to cover staff leave and operational demands, maintaining continuity of care for older people at home.

We value excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills and require checks and vaccination status as part of the selection

Qualifications

• Evidence of Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
• Proof of influenza vaccination and other vaccinations as per health orders.
• Strong clinical, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
