Job summary

Vision RV, based in Baringa on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a Caravan Sales Consultant to tell the full story of our caravans. You\'ll work at our factory and showroom, showing customers the engineering behind our award-winning vans and guiding them from first contact to purchase.

You\'ll need a passion for big-ticket sales, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a knack for turning inquiries into confirmed deals.

Qualifications

• Experience selling caravans or other large-ticket items.
• Ability to build relationships that generate referrals.
• Comfort with CRM and digital sales tools.
• Current driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers on the yard and guide them through the story of the product.
• Conduct walkarounds to demonstrate features and benefits.
• Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat sales.
• Keep the CRM pipeline active so no lead goes cold.
• Keep online listings and digital enquiries sharp.
