Drive Group Australia on the Gold Coast is seeking a skilled Carpenter or Cabinet Maker to repair caravans and RVs, restoring them to pre-accident condition while delivering high workmanship.

You will fit aftermarket accessories, perform light fabrication, and detail caravans, with forklift operation and strict safety practices. The role offers full-time employment within a growing, equal-opportunity team that values development.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified carpenter or cabinet maker with relevant fabrication experience.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to meet KPIs and physical demands.
• Commitment to safety practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace caravan and RV body panels and interiors.
• Fit aftermarket accessories and appliances.
• Perform light to moderate fabrication work.
• Detail caravans and prepare them for delivery.
• Operate forklift and follow safety practices.

As part of our team at the Gold Coast, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and restoring Caravans & RVs to pre-accident condition while maintaining excellent workmanship and productivity standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair and replacement of Caravan and RV's body panels and interior fittings.
• Fitting of aftermarket accessories and appliances
• Light to moderate fabrication work
• Detailing of caravans
• Operation of forklift
• Follow safe working practices at all times.

ABOUT YOU

• Trade qualified Carpenter, Cabinet Maker or demonstrated experience in assembly and/or other trade work
• Experienced with the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to meet key performance goals and the physical demands of the job.
• Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold a current and valid driver's license
• Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
