Drive Group Australia is expanding its paint team in Dandenong. We seek an experienced tradesperson to perform high-quality paint repairs and deliver excellent finishes on vehicles. The role emphasises safety, efficiency and customer-focused service in a busy workshop.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role and applicable trade qualification.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environments and meet the physical demands of the job.
• Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
• Appropriate Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Quality check vehicle upon receipt ensuring completeness of previous work.
• Prepare and complete scheduled repair jobs in accordance with Repair Method and estimate/job sheet.
• Receive parts as required, ensuring correct and not damaged.
• Colour mix/match vehicle once prepared and scheduled for painting.
• Follow job sheet to prep, prime and paint vehicle as required.
• Carry out your tasks ensuring follow safe working practices, workplace health and safety policies and procedures

As part of our new paint team in Dandenong, you'll be responsible for performing quality and efficient vehicle paint repair workmanship to ensure a high-quality paint finish is delivered to the customer.
