Job summary

W3Global on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Caravan Repair Technician to join our fast-growing, family-owned team. You will perform caravan and RV repairs across accident, insurance, and restoration projects, delivering high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have hands-on trade experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a current driver’s license. We offer full-time work, great work-life balance, ongoing training, and a supportive environment.

• Hands-on trade experience in caravan, automotive or marine repair.

You will work on a wide variety of projects including accident repairs, insurance work, water damage, structural repairs, modifications, and restorations.

Caravan repair experience is highly regarded, but transferable trade skills are welcome.
