Job summary

Your Caravan Man, located on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking an experienced Caravan Repair Technician to join our family-owned team. You will tackle a diverse range of caravan and RV repairs, from accident and insurance work to structural and cosmetic restorations, while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

The Opportunity

Your Caravan Man is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced and motivated Caravan Repair Technician to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on trade experience who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in quality workmanship and wants a varied role working on a wide range of caravans and RVs.

At Your Caravan Man, no two days are the same. From accident and insurance repairs through to water damage, structural repairs, modifications and general restoration work, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while continuing to develop your skills.

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to become part of a supportive team and grow with a family-owned and operated business.

You Could Be Coming From

You don't necessarily need to have spent your entire career repairing caravans.

Your skills may have been developed in a related industry or trade, including:

• Caravan or RV repairs

• Automotive body repairs

• Panel beating

• Fibreglass repairs

• Marine repairs

• Boat building or restoration

• Cabinet making or carpentry

• Automotive fitting and accessories

• Vehicle or trailer repairs

• Insurance repair work

• General building or restoration trades

If you have strong hands-on skills, enjoy repairing and rebuilding things and are willing to learn the specific requirements of modern caravan construction, we'd love to hear from you.

Experienced technicians and tradespeople looking to transition into the caravan industry are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Caravan Repair Technician, you will be involved in a broad range of repair and restoration work, which may include:

• Caravan and RV accident repairs

• Interior repairs and refurbishment

• Cabinetry and timber repairs

• Assisting with repair planning and identifying the best repair methods

• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop

You'll work alongside an experienced team and have the opportunity to continue developing your skills across a wide range of caravan repair techniques.
