Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking a Manager Capture Excellence to drive governance and execution across our Defence portfolio, guiding resources and processes to win critical opportunities.

You will partner with capture leaders, shape strategy, and champion best practices while building strong relationships with Defence customers, industry partners and internal teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role offers hybrid working and a pathway to leadership.

Working with senior leaders, capture professionals and industry partners, you'll help position Northrop Grumman to deliver mission‑critical outcomes for our customers and make a meaningful contribution to Australia's security.

In this highly collaborative role, you will:
