Job summary

Northrop Grumman invites applications for a strategic capture lead in Australia. You will steer pursuit planning, shape compelling solutions, and manage end-to-end capture activities with Defence and government stakeholders. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and risk-aware decision making.

You will build trusted relationships, influence senior partners, and lead teams through competitive opportunities, leveraging your Defence sector experience and NV1 clearance where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in capture management, business development or strategic pursuits.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams through complex and competitive opportunities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.
• Experience within Defence, government or other complex regulated environments (desirable).
• The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
