Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking two Capital Projects Supervisors to join our team at Jundee. Reporting to the Capital Projects Manager, these roles will provide dedicated project execution and statutory supervision capability to ensure safe, efficient delivery of capital projects.

You will take accountability for the safe execution of approved projects, fulfil S26 statutory obligations, conduct site inspections, manage contractor performance and coordinate commissioning and handover

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering mining projects within an operational environment.
• Strong contractor management and project execution capability.
• Experience supporting project planning, estimating and budgeting activities.
• Adaptable and capable of responding effectively to changing site priorities and conditions.
• Strong technical aptitude with practical project solutions and growth into broader PM responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for the safe and efficient execution of approved Capital Projects.
• Fulfil statutory supervisor obligations, including S26 requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specs, safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage day-to-day contractor performance, site coordination and project delivery activities.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues identified throughout execution.
• Coordinate commissioning, handover and project close-out activities.
