Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of capital and transformation projects from feasibility to handover.
• Apply structured project management methodologies across infrastructure, digital, academic, and operational initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent project streams within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Resolve issues proactively to advance project objectives.
• Champion best practice PM tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders for planning and decisions.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation with timely reporting.
• Prepare and maintain governance papers, business cases, and status reports.
• Lead inclusive stakeholder engagement with clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and WHS standards.
• Mentor project team members to foster accountability and performance.
• Embed sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement in delivery.
