Job summary

Perth Airport Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance professional to lead capital accounting, governance and reporting across a major capital portfolio in Western Australia. You will partner with Project Controls, Portfolio Governance and Finance to deliver trusted commercial guidance and robust reporting.

You will coach and mentor teams, drive capital forecasting and ensure compliance with Airline Services Agreement requirements while delivering value across the capital program.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related.
• Professional accounting qualification, CA or CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years’ experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, transport, utilities or capital-intensive environments.
• Strong experience in capital governance, project accounting, forecasting, management reporting and financial controls.
• Clear communicator who translates complex capital data into concise insights.
• Pragmatic problem solver who can manage ambiguity and competing priorities.

• Financial accounting leadership across the capital portfolio.
• Capital vs operating expenditure governance and decision support.
• Project financial performance, forecasting and reporting oversight.
• Financial controls, approvals and expenditure assurance.
• Board, Executive and stakeholder reporting.
• Support for Airline Services Agreement capital requirements.
• Partnership across Finance, Project Delivery, Project Controls and Governance teams.
• Team leadership, coaching and capability development.
