Job summary

Perth Airport, Australia’s Western Hub, invites a seasoned finance professional to lead capital governance and financial reporting within the Corporate Finance team. You will oversee capital accounting, forecasting, reporting, and governance in major projects, partnering with project controls and delivery teams to drive robust financial outcomes.

You will mentor and coach peers, ensuring clear insights and compliant processes during a high-capital growth phase, while supporting Board and Exec

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification preferred.
• 5–10 years’ experience in capital-heavy environments.
• Experience in capital governance, project accounting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Calm, resilient and capable of prioritising in a growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Financial accounting leadership across the capital portfolio.
• Capital vs operating expenditure governance and decision support.
• Project financial performance, forecasting and reporting oversight.
• Financial controls, approvals and expenditure assurance.
• Board and stakeholder reporting.
• Support for Airline Services Agreement capital requirements.
