Job summary

Perth Airport Pty Ltd in Western Australia seeks a Commercial Lead to steer the Program Commercial team and deliver strong commercial outcomes across its infrastructure portfolio. This senior role manages commercial strategy, contract management, risk oversight and stakeholder engagement to support major project delivery.

You will lead and develop the team, drive governance across contracts, negotiate terms, monitor financial performance and embed safety and sustainability in procurement.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Senior level experience in commercial and contract management on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracting and procurement models for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Commercial team and drive commercial governance across portfolios.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies that maximise value and manage risk.
• Guide contract negotiations, claims, disputes, and commercial risk management.
• Oversee contracts and procurement activities, ensuring safety and sustainability considerations.
• Provide leadership and foster a high performing, collaborative team culture.
