Job summary

Perth Airport is seeking a commercially focused finance professional to lead analytical support and deliver high-quality financial insights. You will maintain the Corporate Financial Model, develop meaningful analyses, and support major business initiatives across corporate finance, planning, treasury and projects.

You will collaborate with Shareholder Analyst Working Group, external valuers and internal partners to drive accurate valuations and strategic decision-making, mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in financial analytics, business analysis or management consulting.
• Experience with complex DCF models and stakeholder engagement.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (bachelor’s degree) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Corporate Valuation Model and develop underlying assumptions with stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive Assumptions Book to reflect business, cashflows and strategies.
• Support relationships with shareholders, external valuers, and internal partners on valuation matters.
• Drive analysis and modelling to support feasibility and business case evaluations.
• Provide insights to senior stakeholders to inform strategy and initiatives.
• Mentor analysts and ensure modelling and documentation standards.
