Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role.
• Ability to drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the induction of new team members.
• Coach the store’s team to meet and exceed store targets.
• Help support the team with customer query escalations.
• Be the Store Manager’s right-hand person and step up as Store Manager when needed.
• Execute business initiatives to meet financial and customer metrics.
• Lead from the front to motivate the team and foster a positive store culture.
• Organise the store floor and team schedules to meet demand.
