Qualifications

• You have retail leadership or assistant management experience.
• You can energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• You lead from the front and influence a diverse team.
• You resolve customer issues with confidence and creative problem solving.
• You are an excellent communicator who supports the Store Manager through change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the induction of new team members
• Coach the store’s team to meet (and exceed) store targets
• Help support your team with customer query escalations
• Be the Store Manager’s right-hand person, stepping up as needed
• Execute business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer metrics
• Act as team cheer leader – motivate the team and foster a great store culture
• Organise the store floor and team schedules to meet customer demand
