Job summary

Assurant, Inc. is seeking a Capability Partner based in Hawthorn East, Australia, to translate business priorities into a focused 12‑month portfolio of capability initiatives that strengthen leadership, manager effectiveness, AI and digital adoption, change capability, and commercial performance.

You’ll partner with leaders and the People Organisation team to diagnose capability challenges, shape strategic capability plans and prioritise investment across key business needs, delivering engaging

Qualifications

5–8 years' experience in capability, learning and development, leadership development, organisational development or a related field.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, Education, or Business, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience developing capability strategies and translating priorities into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to diagnose capability challenges and prioritise investment across key business needs.
Design and deliver leadership and people manager development initiatives.
Drive AI and digital capability by translating emerging technologies into practical business outcomes.
Create engaging, blended learning experiences using facilitation, coaching, peer learning and digital resources.
Facilitate high-impact workshops and development programs for senior leaders.
Establish success measures and evaluate learning effectiveness.
