Assurant is seeking a Capability Partner to work with leaders across Australia and New Zealand to build the skills, behaviours and capabilities that enable people and teams to succeed.

This role is ideal for a Capability Advisor, Specialist or Learning & Development professional stepping into a partnering role. You’ll grow capability partnering, consulting and strategic thinking with our support.

Formación

• Experience supporting and/or leading learning, capability, talent or people initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and a growth mindset.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• Interest in leadership development and emerging technologies such as AI.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders and People Organisation teams to understand capability, performance and development needs.
• Support the development and delivery of capability initiatives aligned to business priorities across ANZ.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive leadership, people manager and professional capability.
• Help leaders identify root causes of performance challenges and implement practical solutions beyond training.
• Build capability in leadership, coaching, collaboration, change readiness and AI adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and capability conversations with a range of stakeholders.
• Support rollout and localisation of global talent and capability initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
• Use data and insights to evaluate programs and improve outcomes.
