Metro North Health’s Candidate Care Unit within Community and Oral Health is seeking a skilled administrator to support recruitment, selection and appointment processes across a diverse workforce, helping attract and onboard professionals who contribute to patient care.
Working with the Candidate Care Coordinator and hiring teams, you will coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records, communicate with stakeholders and ensure processes remain compliant, efficient and customer-focused.

This position supports the coordination of recruitment, selection and appointment activities across a diverse workforce, helping services attract and onboard talented professionals who contribute to exceptional patient care and community outcomes.
Working closely with the Candidate Care Coordinator and hiring teams, you will provide administrative and operational support across the recruitment lifecycle. From coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records through to stakeholder communication and system administration, you will help ensure recruitment processes are efficient, professional and compliant while contributing to a high-performing and customer-focused team.
