Boori Australia Pty Limited – Fyshwick ACT is seeking an experienced store manager to lead the Canberra store. You will develop the team, drive sales, and ensure a customer-centric shopping environment. This role requires mentoring staff, effective rostering, and hands-on leadership to uphold store standards.

Strong communication, a track record of meeting sales targets, and experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred) are advantageous. Weekend work and lifting up to 15kgs are expected.

Formación

• Previous experience as store manager or assistant manager (min 2 years).
• Experience leading a sales-focused team and achieving targets.
• Proven customer service excellence and staff development.

Responsabilidades

• Rostering staff for centre opening hours.
• Train and mentor staff to meet individual and team targets.
• Greet customers, assist with inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Promote products, upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising and restock merchandise.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/ card transactions.
• Monitor inventory, stock on the shop floor and participate in stocktakes.
• Follow safety, security and operational policies.
