Qualifications

• ACT Return To Work legislation experience and Workers Compensation knowledge.
• Completion of ACT Return To Work Coordinator training.
• Experience coordinating with insurers and stakeholders.
• Ability to schedule workplace or medical appointments as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support rehabilitation and injury management case handling.
• Prepare detailed documents to facilitate injury management.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, medical professionals and teams.
