Job summary

NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD is seeking an Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist to join our Canberra team. The role involves conducting ADL/workplace assessments, setting rehab goals and coordinating with stakeholders to enable timely return-to-work outcomes.

To be considered you must have prior Occupational or Vocational Rehabilitation experience (18+ months) and be eligible for general AHPRA registration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Occupational/Vocational Rehabilitation Consulting (≥18 months)
• Eligibility for general AHPRA registration
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Complete ADL/FCA, workplace, ergonomic and home assessments
• Set goals with injured workers and coordinate rehab/return-to-work plans with stakeholders
• Recommend modifications or equipment for safe return to work
• Monitor progress and deliver comprehensive progress reports
