Hospoworld Resourcing is seeking Restaurant Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers and emerging leaders to join established hospitality brands across Canberra. You’ll be on the floor, leading by example and developing your team in a fast-paced environment.

These hands-on management roles involve running busy services, coaching staff, managing rosters and ensuring outstanding customer service so the restaurant operates smoothly. Career progression is available. Salaries up to 95k + Super + Bonus.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on leadership and floor presence.
• Strong communication and people development skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team during busy service.
• Proven ability to manage rosters and customer issues.
