Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support university recruiters across trading, technology, and Quant groups, managing interviews, travel, and candidate experience.

You will build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth on-site visits while maintaining ATS records and handling inquiries from candidates and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with scheduling tools (Outlook) and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.
• Ability to travel locally on a limited basis.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with candidates, recruiters and managers.
• Schedule and confirm interviews, including office tours and meals.
• Coordinate travel for candidates and on-site visits.
• Greet candidates and manage on-site interviews for a positive experience.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Handle inquiries from candidates and internal staff.
• Support events and reporting for university recruiting activities.
