Job summary

The University of Sydney is seeking a Preventative Education Officer to support gender-based violence and sexual harm prevention programs on campus. You will work within the Safer Communities Office to coordinate education activities and engage students and staff in awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience supporting education, engagement or student experience programs in a tertiary setting.
  • Experience maintaining program data and producing reports, dashboards or insights to support evaluation.
  • Experience using learning management systems, CRM and other digital platforms for program delivery.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and administrative processes.
  • WWCC clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preventative education activities including enrolments, scheduling and communications.
  • Support delivery of workshops, campaigns and awareness initiatives across the university.
  • Administer content and enrolments through Canvas and other learning platforms.
  • Maintain program data and prepare dashboards and insights for evaluation.
  • Coordinate communications and promotional materials to support engagement.
