Job summary

University of Technology Sydney seeks a Reporting and Evaluation Specialist - Gender-Based Violence to lead the design and delivery of systems for reporting, monitoring and evaluation across the university, supporting GBV response and prevention. You will coordinate with diverse stakeholders, interpret policy requirements, and ensure rigorous, confidential handling of sensitive data.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and delivering evaluation frameworks, methodologies and reporting for complex programs within large or multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience applying mixed-methods research approaches, including qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and synthesis.
  • Experience working with complex datasets and producing high-quality reports, insights and briefing materials to inform decision-making and governance processes.
  • Experience interpreting legislation, policy and regulatory requirements and translating these into practical evaluation and reporting approaches.
  • Experience working in sensitive contexts, demonstrating sound judgement, professionalism and the ability to manage risk when handling complex or confidential information.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across large, complex organisations, with the ability to manage competing priorities and expectations.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Reporting and Evaluation Specialist - Gender-Based Violence (GBV) provides institution-wide leadership in the design, coordination and implementation of reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems supporting UTS’s response to and prevention of gender-based violence.

About You

As the Reporting and Evaluation Specialist, you will have:

Remuneration

Base Salary Range: 125,706- 143,166pa (HEW 8)

This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
