Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking a Quantitative Campus Recruiter to drive campus strategy and execution. You will partner with university contacts, design events, and scale outreach to attract top quantitative talent for university programs.

You will interview candidates using quantitative concepts, build relationships with campuses, and leverage data to inform recruiting decisions, contributing to strategy and branding initiatives across the campus network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a STEM field.
• Strong interest in interviewing students using quantitative concepts.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience; campus recruiting is a plus.
• Proven event planning skills and successful event execution.
• Demonstrated interest in developing candidate relationships and interviewing.
• Strong sense of urgency, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess quantitative campus candidates using probability and logic questions.
• Define yearly campus hiring strategies with hiring managers.
• Design and execute onsite and external events.
• Scale campus efforts to attract top talent from universities nationwide.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the process.
• Attend and facilitate career fairs and campus events.
• Use data, stats, and trends to inform recruiting decisions and tactics.
