Job summary

Niche 212 is seeking an Intern, Graduate and PhD Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and candidate evaluation while building meaningful relationships with prospective talent.

You will partner with university programs to expand campus presence and collaborate with Trading, Technology, and Quant teams to attract a diverse pipeline for internship, graduate, and PhD roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with university or early careers programs.
• Sourcing and hiring technical talent in competitive environments.
• Engage early-career candidates in high-volume recruitment settings.
• Build strong candidate relationships and refine interviewing expertise.
• Willingness to travel for campus events, career fairs, and networking initiatives.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced hiring cycles.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach leveraging analytics to guide recruitment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full technical hiring lifecycle, delivering a seamless experience from first outreach through to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and shape the annual campus recruitment strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to support a collaborative hiring process.
• Use data, metrics, and hiring trends to guide recruitment decisions and optimise talent attraction.
• Plan and deliver both internal and external recruiting events end-to-end to strengthen employer branding and attract high-quality talent, representing the firm at career fairs, campus interviews, networking events, and recruiting functions to engage prospective candidates.
