Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating high-volume operational, service delivery or project activities within a complex environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritise effectively and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and manage expectations across a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or service providers to achieve quality outcomes.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond proactively to emerging issues.
• Experience using systems and processes to manage workflow, reporting, documentation and service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of a high volume of minor works requests to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Oversee workplace moves, furniture upgrades, signage and small-scale facility improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders, contractors and service providers to deliver outcomes that enhance the campus environment.
• Manage multiple projects and service activities, prioritising and meeting timeframes.
