Job summary

Levyl invites applications for a Campus & Marketing Coordinator role based in Sydney CBD, on-site for a six-month contract. You will support campus recruitment activities, events and university partnerships to engage students and graduates.

You will coordinate timelines, registrations, communications and logistics, and work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of engaging campus initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a campus/marketing coordination role.
• Degree in Marketing, Human Resources or related qualification.
• Experience coordinating university societies or student initiatives is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus recruitment activities, university partnerships and student engagement initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, trackers and administration to ensure activities are delivered on schedule.
• Support events including registrations, communications, logistics, suppliers and branded materials.
• Coordinate merchandise, collateral and other campus resources.
• Support social media and digital engagement activity across university communities.
• Maintain recruitment databases, campaign information and reporting data.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support smooth delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and create more efficient ways of working.
