Job description

Campus Experience Coordinator - Point Cook

Be the face of Contour on campus. Turn every interaction into a moment of care and connection.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join us at our Point Cook campus in a part-time, on-site role (under 38 hours per week, across Monday, Tuesday and Saturday).

As part of our Service Team, you’ll welcome students and parents, provide prompt and friendly support, and help keep our campuses running smoothly. From handling enquiries to ensuring classrooms are ready, you’ll make every Contour visit a positive and memorable experience.

Perfect for people-lovers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a real impact in a mission-driven education company.

This isn’t just customer service - it’s creating an environment where students feel supported, valued, and inspired to learn.

Who We Are

Contour was founded in 2020 by students who saw that the quality of your education was basically a lottery. Teachers stretched thin by the system, learning materials that varied from school to school, and support that stopped the moment you left the classroom.

We began with 5 students in a room. Today 15,000+ students have trusted Contour as their academic partners, and we've grown to 500+ team members across 10 campuses in Australia. In 2025 we ranked #8 on the AFR Fast 100 of fastest-growing companies.

We've produced hundreds of 99+ ATARs, tutored the world-record UCAT scorer, and placed 850+ students into medical and dental schools across Australia.

Contour is made up of three brands:

  • Contour Education - academic performance in high school
  • Contour MedPrep - entry into medical and dental schools
  • Contour TestPrep - entry into selective and scholarship schools

Contour is built by students, for students.

What You Will Do
  • Be the first point of contact for student and parent enquiries - in person, online, and over the phone
  • Greet and assist families on campus with warmth, professionalism, and care
  • Support students during class times and ensure their experience runs smoothly
  • Manage scheduling, rescheduling, invoicing, and general queries with accuracy
  • Keep campuses organised - from classrooms and reception to resources and stock levels
  • Handle daily admin tasks such as record-keeping, printing, and basic operational support
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and elevate where needed
  • Maintain tidy systems and accurate documentation
  • Share ideas to improve campus service and student experience
What You Will Bring

We’re looking for genuine, people-focused communicators who bring energy, empathy, and reliability.

You’ll thrive if you bring:

  • Warmth and care for families - you love helping others
  • Energy and enthusiasm - you bring positive vibes to campus
  • Excellent communication - clear, confident, and friendly
  • Proactive mindset - you take initiative and find solutions
  • Attention to detail - you keep things running smoothly
  • Reliability and commitment - families count on you
Experience that helps
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centres
  • Familiarity with the VCE system or having been a VCE graduate yourself
  • Currently studying or holding a degree in Commerce, Business, or related field
Why You Will Love It
  • Flexible working environment with on-campus engagement
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance + Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Personalised mentorship, training, and feedback to strengthen communication and service skills
  • A fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
  • Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding education company
  • Work that truly matters - helping students and families feel supported every step of the way
  • Competitive hourly rate ($30 per hour + super) plus flexibility, extra leave, EAP access, and lifestyle perks.
