Job summary

International College of Management, Sydney – Manly NSW is seeking a Campus Concierge to lead a welcoming campus experience for students, visitors and staff. You will support day-to-day administration, assist with accommodation services, sign-ins and room setup, and act as a Fire Warden/First Aider as needed.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong IT skills (Office 365, RMS Booking System), and a professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services and strong administrative skills.
• Professional presentation and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to upskill and operate IT systems including RMS and Office 365.
• Working with Children’s Check and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and professional environment for all campus visitors, students and staff.
• Open and close campus and conduct security walks.
• Assist with accommodation services and student inquiries.
• Manage guest and contractor sign-ins, provide assistance as required.
• Handle reservations, access cards, postage and records.
• Support other departments administratively and prepare rooms for new terms.
• Ensure under-18 students comply with regulations and provide guidance.
• Act as an Emergency Responder, including Fire Warden and First Aider duties.

To apply, you should have:

• The ability to uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and a high standard of personal presentation.
• A current Working with Children’s Check(orapplication in progress)
• NSW Driver's License (desirable).
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• IT skills including Office 365; and ability to use booking systems (we use RMS Booking System) - training provided.
• Experience in hospitality management, customerserviceand/or administrative roles.
• Ability to act as anemergency responder, including Fire Warden and First Aider duties.
