Job summary

Bond University are seeking experienced, motivated Commis Chefs to join our Food and Beverage team at the Robina campus on the Gold Coast. Flexible shifts between 6:00am and 11:00pm support a healthy work-life balance, with minimum 30 hours per week.

The successful applicants will have relevant kitchen experience and training to perform cooking duties, plus a proven ability to work under pressure in a busy team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• An appropriate level of training to perform cooking duties.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a busy team environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and service to students and guests.
• Prepare food following set guidelines and comply with OH&S and health regulations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen and support the F&B team.
