Job summary

Quayclean Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of cleaning and operational services at the University of Tasmania in Launceston. You will own day-to-day contract performance and lead a team of cleaners, team leaders and supervisors to ensure safety, quality and client satisfaction.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong customer focus, people management and the ability to balance service delivery with safety, compliance and commercial results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational teams in facilities or service delivery.
• Experience managing budgets and contract performance.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management.
• Excellent project management and workforce planning.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities
