Job summary

Bayview Adventure Camp in Grantville (VIC) is seeking a Hospitality Services Manager to oversee two departments: catering and housekeeping. You will lead two teams to deliver high standards in meals, cleanliness, and presentation across the campsite facilities.

Responsibilities include menu planning, dietary management, stock control, food safety compliance, and staff training. You will ensure cleanliness and safety in accommodation and communal areas while guiding junior staff and coordinating

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision skills.
• Ability to plan menus and manage dietary requirements.
• Knowledge of food safety compliance and records.
• Experience training junior staff and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering and housekeeping teams to serve groups up to 200.
• Prepare and serve main meals and plan menus with seasonal options.
• Cater for dietary requirements and source food supplies.
• Implement and maintain Food Safety Plan and records.
• Train, mentor and develop junior staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across accommodation and facilities.
• Provide leadership and direction across both departments.
