Job summary

Universal Store in Campbelltown, NSW is seeking a driven retail leader for a Full-Time Second in Charge role at Macarthur. You will work closely with the Store Manager, lead store operations, coach the team, and drive sales while upholding the brand standards.

You’ll manage Sunday–Thursday rosters, deliver exceptional customer experiences, execute VM and promotional directives, and contribute to a culture where ideas are valued.

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.

Universal Store is looking for a driven and inspiring retail leader to step into a Full-Time Second in Charge role. This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step if you’re looking to grow your retail leadership career.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster, including late night trade.
