Heka Hoods on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a disciplined Marketing Manager (Campaigns) to lead end-to-end integrated campaigns across digital, social, web, print and events, coordinating with creative, media and partners. You will own digital advertising and SEO, use data to guide investment, and work closely with the CEO and NSMM to bring the brand strategy to life across channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, web, print, events).
• Ability to use data to guide budget decisions and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage digital advertising spend and website SEO performance, reporting results.
• Coordinate creatives, media, print and event partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Drive a fast-moving campaign calendar while maintaining brand integrity.
