Aldi Stores Australia is seeking a camp cook to prepare and serve meals on remote FIFO/DIDO sites, following approved menus and dietary requirements.

You will maintain food safety and hygiene, assist with camp duties, support staff, and oversee guest accommodation standards while complying with HSE policies; FIFO experience and Australian working rights are preferred. A pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Cert III in commercial cookery (desirable) or relevant qualification.
• FIFO or DIDO experience required.
• Up to 5 years’ experience in camp, bulk-catering, or similar environments.
• National Police Clearance (within 6 months) and unrestricted Australian Working Rights.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals in line with approved menus and dietary requirements.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with cleaning, food service, and general camp duties as required.
• Provide leadership and support to general hands.
• Perform relief duties and assist across camp services.
• Drive staff and transport products between sites as required.
• Oversee staff and guest accommodation standards.
• Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
